Our 400g Bath Salts include a strainer bag with the herbs inside rather than being mixed into the salts, this way you have the option to empty the herbs into your bath or simply add the strainer bag straight in, to allow the aroma to fill the air without any unwanted floaty bits.
Our Relax & Calm Himalayan Bath Salts are blended with the following:
- Himalayan Salt which purifies & detoxifies the body, stimulates blood circulation and can help aid irritated skin and muscle pain.
- Rosemary essential oils to calm the mind, protect your energy and promote strength.
- Clary sage essential oils as it has a euphoric scent that is used to ground and give the mind clarity.
- Dried Rosemary for added purification and healing benefits.
Bathing Instructions
Dissolve salts in a warm bath
Relax and soak for 20 minutes.
For general skin health and wellbeing add approx 100g-250g to your bath.
